Thank you Y-Fang Deo Van Heere for showing us hands on what it’s like to work as if the world is your playground. In a dynamic two hour workshop we learned about decoding cultural differences that have an impact on doing business in a global economy as well as how to develop cultural competence and intelligence.

Putting an inspirational purpose at the heart of their organisation’s mission is the beginning of every transformational change. In PWN, we try to do that every day but on this day in a very special way having organized a seminar with Prof. dr. Wayne Wisser who is a strategy analyst, sustainability advisor and CSR expert. We are now prepared for becoming a future-fit organisation even more and we hope all our members and attendees carried the same notion with them.

We took a day off – to learn, develop and have fun. Alan Žepec, expert in the area of leadership and personal development held a two-hour workshop for our members and their families. Later on, we basked in the beautiful surroundings of August restaurant and winery.
